It was a most special treat to have you cater our Home Warming and Blessing last month. You sure know what you are doing! Your creations were wonderful and my sister-in-law, Patti, from Macon, still raves about your food. She is the one who hosts and cooks for many parties and social gatherings.
Our Home Warming was the first gathering of its size where guests were asked not to bring food and I was thrilled to offer the change in the traditional ritual. Afterwards, it was a treat to snack on your chicken salad croissants.
What I was impressed with is that you did what you said you would do. You arrived at our house when you said you would, helped organize the dining room table and were ever so invested that our gathering be elegant and successful.
If we ever do something like this again, we sure will call you! Regardless, we'll be wonderful advertising for you.

To begin with, the food was absolutely delicious. We appreciate how much attention you gave to helping us develop a menu that was unique and very suitable to our wedding. We loved the 'bride basket' idea and really appreciated you putting that together for us. It was nice to kick back that evening after the wedding and enjoy tasting all the delicious items on the buffet. Secondly, the presentation of the buffet and beverage stations was beautiful!
