Visit us downtown Monroe, Georgia in our newly renovated historic building.  Join us and learn to relieve stress and tension through the benefits of Yoga.  You will stregnthen, stretch, and tone as you begin to feel taller and more positive with regular Yoga practice.  We offer classes for all ages, shapes, and sizes in Yoga, Pilates, and Balance Ball.  Our classes are taught by certified instructors and are geared toward fitness and relaxation.

                                                         Shapes Yoga Studio offers:

Yoga- Classical poses to awaken body awareness through flexibility, strength, balance and breath.

Prenatal Yoga- Gentle yoga focusing on preparing the body and mind for birth through stamina and breath.

Yin Yoga- Targets the deeper connective tissues of the lower back, hamstrings and knees through breath and meditation as we hold seated poses for 3-5 min.

Pilate's- Continuous movement focusing on core strength while lengthening muscles and building balance.

Balance Ball- A fun and challenging core workout on a large ball.

Mom & Me Yoga- Yoga for you and your newborn up to crawling.  Designed for mom to restore
                            and to stimulate baby. 

Off site Yoga- Give your next office meeting, party or girls night out a yoga flare with one of our instructors teaching on-site.


                   Mats, blocks, straps and balls are available for use free of charge,
                                        yet we encourage you to bring your own mat.  
                                                We sell mats, bags and yoga props.
